Our value add program is designed to span two years, with a focus on developing essential skills and abilities for success in the field of computing.
During the first year, our program is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in fundamental computing knowledge and skills. Students will learn how to apply this knowledge to solve complex computing problems, with an emphasis on formulating effective solutions and conducting investigations using modern computing tools and techniques. We also prioritize the development of ethical and professional values, with a focus on committing to cyber regulations and engaging in independent learning for continued growth as a computing professional.
In the second year of our program, we build upon the foundational knowledge and skills developed in the first year. Our emphasis shifts to project management and effective teamwork in multidisciplinary environments. We also work on developing strong communication skills, with a focus on effectively communicating complex computing activities to both the computing community and society at large. Additionally, we explore and assess societal, environmental, health, safety, legal, and cultural issues within both local and global contexts. Finally, we prioritize the development of innovation and entrepreneurship skills, helping our students identify and pursue opportunities for success in the field of computing.
